After so long .... i think it has been more 2 months or may be three ....so many things happen ... but one thing for sure i m still on herbalife diet. Despite being undiscipline ..... i m reaching my target very soon ....
My last measurement was on Friday 01/08/08 ...n my weight is 54.7kg.

what can i say sis. you are absolutely on the right track. on the other note, me meself is getting heavy and heavier each day. i weigh maybe abt 64 kg now... poor me.
