LONG LONG TIME ....

After so long .... i think it has been more 2 months or may be three ....so many things happen ... but one thing for sure i m still on herbalife diet. Despite being undiscipline ..... i m reaching my target very soon ....

My last measurement was on Friday 01/08/08 ...n my weight is 54.7kg.

After ciluk here n there in the last week .... my coach come over to measure me yesterday ....

Happy with the outcome .....very positive result ....weight turun, body fat turun, metabolic age turun ...dat means ..herbalife is doing its work to my body .....my weight yesterday was 59.7kg
